Dear Supporter of ACC and the Arts,

Greetings from Abington Choral Club as we dive into preparing for our holiday concert after enjoying a successful 2023-2024! It has been another busy year highlighted by an exciting collaboration with local orchestra, Independence Sinfonia. We would like to catch you up on what we have accomplished:

• ACC has maintained our membership of 80+ singers. We continue to add new voices as well as welcome back former members who had been away through and since the Pandemic. 
• ACC joined Independence Sinfonia for their March 2024 concert. Singing Verdi, Puccini, Mascagni and Bizet opera choruses with a wonderful full orchestra was truly an exciting experience for our singers and for the concert audience!
• Our Spring Concert provided us with an opportunity to again perform the opera choruses for our audience while sprinkling in other pieces inspired by opera.
• A large group of singers, family and friends attended a Trenton Thunder game in July and a Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs game Labor Day Weekend, with ACC performing on the field, opening the games with our national anthem and all enjoying the post-game fireworks. 
• ACC sang our traditional Holiday and Spring concert performances at Rydal Park retirement community.
• We continued to fund an annual scholarship, awarded this past June to Abington senior, Noah Cannady.

And, very importantly, we have exciting concerts planned for this year.  Please mark these dates on your calendars and join our audience!

• Saturday, December 7^th, 7:30 p.m., Abington Senior High School
  Our Holiday Concert featuring ACC Director Peter Hilliard’s Magnificat accompanied by piano and woodwind quintet and a mix of holiday music including traditional favorites ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and The Christmas Song and Charles Davidson Hannukah selections.
• Saturday, May 3^rd, 7:30 p.m., Abington Senior High School for our Spring Concert

We wish to thank you immensely for your support. Please consider a tax-deductible donation to ACC again this year; any amount is so welcome.  There are two ways to donate:

• Pay by check OR
• Pay by credit/debit card. By this method, we kindly ask you to add the processing fee to your donation so ACC receives the benefit of your full gift.

All patron donations received by November 15th will be recognized in our December and May concert programs. Watch our website for announcements and more details about our future performances!
